Is there a file size limit in Search+?
Search+ does not set a document-size limit by plan; each file can be up to 5 GB, whether it is a long report, a scanned archive or a spreadsheet. Processing time can vary depending on the file's size, structure, image content and OCR requirements.
Large and small files can sit in the same workspace. Each file shows its status while it is processed, and you can keep working in the meantime.
Upload up to 10 files at a time; add more in further batches.
Size limit as stated by Search+, October 2026.

How long does it take Search+ to process a PDF?
There is no fixed time: how long Search+ takes to process an uploaded PDF depends on the size and the structure of that file.
Which file types does Search+ support?
Search+ supports PDF, Word (DOCX) and Excel (XLSX) files, and you can keep different file types together in one workspace and ask questions across them.
How many PDFs can I upload to Search+ at once?
You can drag and drop up to 10 PDFs at a time into a Search+ workspace. To add more, upload another batch, and the new files join the same workspace.

Yes. Uploads continue in the background while you keep working, and each file shows whether it is queued, processing, indexed or failed.
