Does Search+ only match exact keywords?

No. Search+ finds relevant passages by meaning, not only by the exact words, within the workspace or single document you choose. You can ask in your own words even if you do not remember how the document phrases it.

When you ask a question, Search+ retrieves the passages most related to it in meaning and uses them to write a cited answer. A question about "cancellation" can find a clause that only says "termination", for example.

Search+ does not have a separate keyword search box for document text. To find an exact phrase, ask for it directly and check the cited excerpt.

Related questions
Can Search+ answer questions across multiple PDFs?
Yes. Ask a question at the workspace level and Search+ draws on every document in that workspace, with a citation for each source it uses.
Does Search+ show where an answer came from?
Yes. Search+ answers include inline citations that point to the source document and the supporting excerpt, and you can open a citation to read it.
Can I limit a question to one document?
Yes. Narrow the scope of a question to a single document in your workspace when the answer should come only from that one file.
