How Search+ and Humata differ

Humata is built for small teams

Humata's Expert plan covers up to three people and Team up to ten, with shared team files and per-role access limits. Compare these team plans with the Search+ team plan for your group.

OCR is on Humata's Team plan

Humata's pricing table lists OCR from the Team plan up, at $49 per user a month. Search+ reads scanned pages with OCR; see the Search+ homepage for current plans.

Search+ keeps standing instructions per workspace

Search+ Workspace Context lets you write priorities, terminology or evidence standards once and apply them to every question in a workspace. Use it when a project has fixed reading rules, such as always separating findings from opinion.

Both answer across files with citations

Humata answers questions across your files and cites the source sections. Search+ answers across a workspace or one document, and opening a citation shows the supporting excerpt. Compare them on your own documents.
