Yes. Search+ saves your workspaces, their documents and your conversations, so you can come back later and pick up where you left off. Reopen an earlier conversation from your history at any time.
You do not need to upload the same files again or restate the project each time. The workspace keeps its documents and Workspace Context, and each conversation thread keeps its questions and answers.
Use one workspace per project and as many conversation threads as you need inside it.
